Antonia has been taking part in M&A transactions on both the seller’s and buyer’s side in various industries such as AI SaaS platforms, renewable energy, life sciences, investment funds, FCMG, gambling, amusement parks, telecommunications, which expanded her ability to detect industry-related issues and provide clients with tailor-made solutions for their business endeavours. Additionally, Antonia has been involved in regulatory and has taken part in evaluations and meetings with the competent EU and local authorities from early stage of her carrier.
