Iva joined the team after graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. During her studies, she gained valuable practical legal experience working at a respected law firm in Zagreb, where she assisted in legal research, preparation of documentation, and various aspects of client matters. She further broadened her academic and professional perspective through the Erasmus+ programme at the University of Florence – School of Law, where she focused on European Union law. Iva is fluent in Croatian and English and has limited working proficiency in Italian.

Her practice primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law. Iva regularly advises international clients on company formation, corporate structuring, and business planning in Croatia. She is actively involved in conducting legal due diligence in corporate transactions and assists in the preparation and review of transactional documentation related to corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and company financings. Her work also includes comprehensive legal research, drafting legal opinions, and supporting senior lawyers in complex cross-border matters across a range of legal fields.
