While providing legal services, H\u2014P may also collect certain Personal Data of other individuals, such as the opposing party, their legal representative, witnesses in judicial or other proceedings, expert witnesses, notaries public and their employees, etc.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5.&nbsp; Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The processing of most of the Personal Data collected by H\u2014P is prescribed by binding legal regulations in the fields of legal services, commercial law, tax law, accounting, and related areas.
