Luka joined the team after several years of practice at one of the most prominent law firms in Croatia. He graduated magna cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb with a thesis titled “Foreign Subsidies in European Competition Law” and passed the Croatian bar exam with honours. During his studies, he also served as a student assistant at the Department of Roman Law and volunteered at the Law Clinic of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law.

His practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and the conduct of legal due diligence procedures. Luka has significant experience in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in shareholders’ disputes. In addition, he has developed expertise across several related areas, including competition law, public procurement law, construction law and real estate law. He is fluent in Croatian and English, with limited proficiency in French and elementary proficiency in Spanish.
